Renovation and restoration of a historic home, built in 1885. This was the residence of the Franks family. The house was in very poor condition when acquired. Design and construction were done by the owners. Many of the images below document the kitchen renovation, which involved installing a fully new floor structure to correct unrepairable water infiltration and decay problems.
